Investigation Process...
As mentioned previously the investigation process can be simplified into five main elements; Contact, Review, Schedule, Investigate, and Wrap-up and during this process several items can occur between each element in order to make a successful investigation. As always communication is highly critical to any successful investigation and cannot be overemphasized. We ask that any potential client review this web site and also download and review our waiver before you request our services.
Contact
This element is the beginning foundation of the investigation phase. A client has expressed an interest in our services and has reviewed our site and our waiver form and successfully submitted our investigation request form. The investigation form has detailed questions about the potential client, in particular demographic information such as phone number, address, etc... Also within this form is an opportunity to describe the paranormal activity that you would like to report and have investigated. You will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation that we did in fact get your completed form.
Review
As with any potential case we have to review both your availability and ours as well. With that said, we will review your information and contact you regarding your request and gain any other pertinent information.
Schedule
The review process and the scheduling process intertwine as we will be communicating right after our review process to schedule a time commitment between FPI and the client. As mentioned previously we are very professional and successful communication requires FPI and the client to clearly recognize that any deviation from the agreed upon date and time must be communicated to all parties involved. As a part of this element we can accommodate a walk through prior to a scheduled investigation, discuss safety issues, and develop a detailed floor plan.
Investigate
Before this stage begins we will have gathered historic information and information from the client. A walk through is required before an investigation can take place for the safety of our team. Any area deemed unsafe will not be investigated by our team. The investigation element will of course require our team and our equipment to be properly setup and then the investigation will begin in full earnest.
Wrap-up
Our investigation does not stop after we pickup our equipment and leave the site. We will utilize our team members knowledge and technology to review all the evidence that is collected. After the evidence is collected and analyzed we will review are findings with you.
All in all we are friendly and professional team that want to get answers that you desire but sometimes those answers will never be revealed or captured by our team but we guarantee that we have a sincere approach to any paranormal activity.
